“Software Need Lot of Alteration”

Pros : Good UI, Speed of Entry, Keyboard Freindly,

Cons : Outstading Management (Bill Ref. Wise) is Poor MRP Support in Invoice but not in Retail Invoice (Again seems lack of accounting knowledge of developer) Advance Can Be Manage only if you put GST activated (Zybra team believes that only GST Vendor accept advance from customer ??) All and all Zybra Team Should focus on accounting knowledge. they need to improve a lot on there basics

“Inappropriate Behaviour ”

Pros : Nothing 1st interaction was not done properly by there employ on call.

Cons : People dont have time to receive the call how they will provide the service. There is a guy name Deep even he didnt respond proper and before completing the conversation he cut the call. So it's a big doubt on service part.
